    SCREAM OF SHALKA is a spin off of Doctor who which they (the writers of Doctor who) where going to make this type of dr.who as the 9th Doctor for the animation like they did for the 8th doctor from the movie.I'd say its good with some miner adjustments but other wise its worth watching.
